Greenback Lane
This was another project purchased to rehab with the intent to resell.
As you can see, we completely tore out the existing cabinetry and redesigned the kitchen, by removing the outdated and space consuming bar counter at the sink counter top and created usable wall space for the living room, and an arch opening in the wall to keep the two rooms connected.

The refridgerator was moved from the back of the kitchen to the front, (and an icemaker added.)
We took the door off of the pantry closet, and added a bi-fold in it’s place. We also created some under cabinet lighting. The result was a warm and cozy new kitchen with more options for the living space.
This kitchen too features American Woodmark Cabinetry, laminate counter tops, an electric stove, and tile floors.

The upstairs bathroom was almost completely gutted, partly to rebuild the bathroom, but also to tie into the existing plumbing for a newly converted linen closet, (at the other end of the hall), into a private laundry closet. Though the bathroom is small, it is well appointed. And, as for the laundry room, we moved the door jamb out and squared off the back corner of the closet, resulting in extending the existing wall for more usable space for say an upright dresser in the Master bedroom. The master also now has a new lighted ceiling fan.
