Antelope rental property

This is another project that grew for us. We completely remodeled both bathrooms for the owner. Once complete, we signed on for a complete kitchen remodel, (featured.) Upon its completion, the owner opted to complete the home by having us paint the balance of the home, (no small task considering 20 years of nicotine stains), new doors, baseboards, hardware, tile entry, and carpeting throughout. (This home underwent a major renovation!)

The old kitchen had 12” soffits over the wall cabinets, which we removed to create storage space and an open feel. The footprint is very much the same except that we installed a microwave/hood over the new gas stove.

This kitchen features American Woodmark Cabinetry, laminate counter tops, Peachtree Forge acrylic sink, disposal, all new Maytag appliances, over sink lighting, custom lighting, and vinyl floors.
