This Citrus Heights client hired us to completely remodel both bathrooms for them. Both of them had a unique theme.
When we completed them both, they chose to completely remodel the kitchen, family room, and laundry room, (featured here.)

The laundry room was poorly organized when the home was originally built. The washer and dryer were set up on the divider wall between the kitchen and laundry. This layout caused traffic jambs and problems with the door hitting persons tending to laundry.

We were able to economically move the washer and dryer to the outside wall, well out of the way of traffic, hang some wire shelves in newly opened wall space, and as you can see in the above photo, install some organizing cabinetry with counter top.

The kitchen originally had a soffit above it with fluorescent lighting in a recessed box in the center of the ceiling. We removed the soffit and raised the ceiling to a new height of 8’ creating a more “open” feel to the kitchen, as well as more storage space. We deleted the ceiling mount cabinets above the peninsula to add to the open feel being created.

While the cabinetry holds the same general “foot print” it is now dressed to the nines!

This kitchen features Thomasville Cabinetry with custom door side panels, a lighted shelf above the sink, counter top lighting below the wall cabinets, a Kohler under mount sink set in Juperana Colombo granite counter tops, disposal, dishwasher, electric stove with a microwave above, and tile flooring.
The cabinetry features roll out trays in the pantry and base cabinets, a Super Susan in the corner base cabinet, and self-closing drawer hardware.
